Our partner is a global energy leader looking for a Manufacturing IT Specialist / Engineer.

• Primary IT partner for shopfloor and management

• Gather & validate business requirements

• Manage external vendors and delivery quality

• Drive digital innovation and process optimization

• Lead software implementation from concept to deployment

• Manage rollouts and hypercare phases

• Bridge shopfloor and central IT governance

• Resolve IT incidents to minimize downtime

• Conduct system audits and risk assessments

• Guide & mentor two junior team members

Elvárások / Requirements

• Degree in IT (or equivalent experience)

• 3+ years IT support (manufacturing preferred)

• Fluent English (German is a plus)

• Hardware & software support

• IT & OT basics

• MES, SCADA, HMI, PLC knowledge

• Industrial cybersecurity principles

• IIO-T & manufacturing devices

• AI awareness and application
