Logistics Project Manager

Our partner is looking for a proactive colleague for its logistics department who will actively participate in processes that will determine the future of the company alongside the manager.



Feladatok / Tasks

  • Support the Operations Lead with reporting, analysis, and process improvements.

  • Manage product, supplier, and inventory data in ERP, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

  • Analyze stock, flows, and supplier performance to support decision-making.

  • Onboard and develop suppliers, assist in product development, and provide cost estimates.

  • Maintain records, compliance, and quality documentation; support audits and certification tracking.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors, providing guidance on processes and standards.

  • Search for new suppliers internationally.

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Program/Industrial Management, Procurement, or related fields.

  • English negotiation skills

  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas; VBA/macros a plus).

  • PowerBI knowledge

  • Experience with ERP systems; quick learner for new digital tools.

  • Interest in data analysis; knowledge of quality/compliance processes is an advantage.

  • Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • urious, proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple projects.

  • Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • On-site work in the office.
