Your new role

As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you’ll support customers in Germany and Austria via phone, email, and chat. You’ll handle inquiries, assist with orders, deliveries, and returns, and work closely with installer partners to strengthen relationships and drive sales. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll need fluent German and good English skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Experience in customer service, sales, or order management is an advantage. Being proactive, organized, and comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel) will help you thrive in this role. Familiarity with DIY or home improvement is a bonus.
