LOG Assistant

The LSV Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient execution of transport and warehouse activities from Murony (HU) sourcing plant to our internal and external customers with excellent service levels to our customers.

Feladatok

• Ensure daily and on time delivery form sourcing plant(s) to different stakeholders (Commercial Units, Third party customers, tollers…).

• Be the focal point for the 3PL regarding all the daily operations

• Collect and ensure that the appropriate documentation is available depending on the destination country and check accuracy of the whole set of documents for each shipment.

• Collaborate with authorities (Nébih, Chamber of Commerce) and customs brokers from this perspective

• Be the focal point for the warehouse and site logistics

Elvárások

• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, as the role involves regular communication with colleagues and business partners in the Netherlands

• Strong knowledge of logistics and export operations

• Good understanding of international freight forwarding procedures, regulations and related documentation

• Confident user-level experience with SAP or other ERP systems

• Strong communication, coordination and administrative skills

• Location: 100% remote / home office, with occasional on-site presence required in Mezőtúr, Hungary
