Legal Intern

Grundfos operates in more than 60 jurisdictions worldwide. As part of the Corporate Legal team, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of legal jurisdictions and learn about their corporate legal structures.

Feladatok:

• Assisting with corporate changes, such as restructurings and board changes
• Maintaining and updating the company’s corporate database
• Maintaining and updating the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) Global Framework
• Completing Know Your Client (KYC) and Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) forms
• Updating Powers of Attorney (POAs)
• Reviewing corporate documents
• Creating and updating ownership structure charts
• Legal research
• Drafting memos
• Coordinating the collection of signatures
• Administrative tasks

Elvárások:

• Fluent English (C1 level) knowledge
• Ongoing studies in the field of law
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot)

Munkaidő:

• Availability to work at least 15-20 hours per week
• Minimum three days per week, ideally four days per week
• Long development opportunity

• Gross salary: 2600 Ft/hour
