Operating across more than 30 countries, the firm delivers board-level advisory, executive search, and leadership development to top-tier international organizations. The Budapest Global Knowledge Center plays a strategic role in driving firmwide digital transformation, developing next-generation AI tools, and scaling innovative technology across global teams.

Design, build, and deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions, Lite Agents, Copilot Studio Agents, and advanced prompt architectures based on prioritized business use cases.
Partner directly with internal business stakeholders (Consultants, Research Experts, and Executive Assistants) to capture real-world workflows and identify AI automation opportunities.
Translate business requirements into scalable, reusable low-code/AI solutions and bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities.
Test, iterate, and optimize agent behavior, output quality, and user experience based on user feedback.
Support the agent build pipeline and collaborate with global Change Management teams to package validated solutions for firmwide rollout.

Elvárások / Requirements

Minimum 7–8 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Automation, Digital Transformation, or Low-Code solutions.
Minimum 3–4 years of direct experience with Artificial Intelligence, specifically applied GenAI, Copilot integration, or Agentic AI development.
Practical experience using Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business partners.
Pragmatic builder mindset focused on usability, value creation, and scalable solutions rather than unnecessary complexity.
Fluent command of written and spoken English.
