Kitchen Coordinator

In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting in all aspects of our kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Tasks & Involvements:

  • Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of kitchen colleagues
  • Ensuring food preparation and presentation meet our quality standards
  • Managing inventory, schedules, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborating with chefs and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in kitchen management or supervisory role
  • English and Hungarian language required for the role
  • MS Office, Outlook and Adaco program knowledge
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP and best practices
  • A passion for delivering exceptional food and service
