Junior Sales Order Administrator - Dutch Speaking

  • Own the timely, accurate entry of sales orders into the system, ensuring compliance with customer SLAs and expectations
  • Partner with internal teams, including Purchasing, to resolve non-standard orders and handle issues like margin blocks, credit breaches, or export controls
  • Examine customer orders, ensuring specifications, quantities, pricing agreements, and all other requirements are flawless before processing
  • Handle returns, process credits, and resolve any order or invoice queries with speed and efficiency, ensuring a right-first-time approach
  • Continuously update your systems knowledge, ensuring you stay on top of any changes and new tools to improve order management
  • Regularly collaborating with internal teams to obtain information related to sales order processing
  • Select the appropriate delivery service, configuration, and other value-added services as required by the customer.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Customer Service
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Dutch (German or French is a plus)
  • Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive results
  • High reliability, conscientiousness, and a proactive approach ensuring order accuracy
  • Basic MS Office knowledge (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
