IT Service Desk Specialist

An IT Service Desk Agent role is open at our client, which is a prestigious multinational company, operating in Budapest.

 Main Responsibilities

  • Provide remote support through different channels such as telephone, email, or chat.
  • Support our top customers using your specific language skills.
  • Troubleshoot IT-related issues and handle customer requests.
  • Take part in different projects
  • Communicate and pre-qualify on complex issues
     


Requirements

  • 1+ years in an IT Service Desk support role
  • High School Diploma
  • Fluency in English 
  • Experience of providing 1st line support 
  • MS Office skills
  • Ability to organize own and other’s workload
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
