You'll lead complex IT projects and programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that advance our technological capabilities.

Requirements

Expertise in project scope, timeline, budget, and resource management
• Proficiency with project management tools (Planview, JIRA, Microsoft Project)
• Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and quality management systems
• Demonstrated ability to guide and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in stakeholder management and executive-level communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
• Consistent record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Experience with enterprise software implementations and integrations (SAP and bolt-ons)
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience with M&A project implementation is preferred (divestment, acquisition)
• Experience with regulatory compliance (GxP, ISO) preferred

Key Responsibilities

·       Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements in collaboration with global stakeholders.

·       Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans.

·       Manage multi-tier M&A projects or workstreams concurrently.

·       Monitor and control scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

·       Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.

·       Facilitate project meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure governance compliance.

·       Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

·       Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements.

·       Support project gate reviews and escalate issues when appropriate.

·       Ensure adherence to IT governance, information security, and regulatory requirements.

·       Utilize project portfolio management (PPM) tools and dashboards for tracking and reporting.

·       Work effectively with globally distributed teams across EMEA, APAC, and US regions.

Elvárások / Requirements

• Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management or related IT delivery roles.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP/JDE), CRM (SFDC), or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting global or cross-functional teams.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

• Project location Budapest - Hybrid
• Ability to participate in virtual meetings across multiple time zones.
