IT Enterprise Architect

Your new company 

Our Partner is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Enterprise Architect to join their dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise application architecture, IT strategy, and technology integration, and will play a strategic role in guiding technology decisions and driving innovation and efficiency. 

Your new role 

Architecture Design and Implementation:
Develop and maintain the overall enterprise application architecture framework, ensuring it aligns with business goals and objectives.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient application solutions that support the organisation's growth and transformation.
– Project Manager through implementation projects to deliver value for the business

IT Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to develop and execute the IT strategy, focusing on application architecture.
Identify emerging application technologies and trends that can drive innovation and efficiency within the organisation.

Technology Integration:
Oversee the integration of various application solutions to ensure seamless interoperability and data flow.
Optimise the usage of different applications and propose and execute harmonization efforts.
- Evaluate and recommend application solutions that align with the enterprise architecture framework.

Governance and Compliance:
Establish and enforce IT governance policies and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure adherence to the enterprise application architecture framework.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure alignment of application technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and drive consensus on application technology decisions.

Documentation and Training:
Develop and maintain documentation for the enterprise application architecture framework, including architecture diagrams, standards, and guidelines.
Provide training and support to IT teams and business units on enterprise application architecture principles and practices.

What you'll need to succeed 

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
– Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5 years in an enterprise architecture role.
Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, IT strategy, and technology integration.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure IT solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business and IT leaders.
– Proficient English knowledge
Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalents are highly desirable.
