Hunter Sales / Export Sales manager

Feladatok

• Proactively identify and explore new business opportunities in the Romanian market.

• Identify and approach prospective B2B customers and business partners.

• Initiate cold outreach, establish contact with potential clients, and conduct business negotiations.

• Build new customer relationships and develop long-term business partnerships.

• Continuously monitor market developments, competitors, and industry trends.

• Support the company's sales strategy and identify opportunities for market expansion.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and business meetings.

• Prepare reports, market analyses, and business development recommendations for management.

Elvárások

• Several years of experience in B2B sales and/or business development.

• A strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of acquiring new customers.

• Experience in sales or business development within the Romanian market is considered an advantage.

• Professional working proficiency in Romanian and English; knowledge of Hungarian is an advantage.

• Excellent networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.

• Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
