HR Talent Sourcing Intern

Feladatok:

• Support the team in identifying and engaging potential candidates for open positions, using platforms like LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques
• Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines by researching target markets and generating candidate leads
• Participate in talent sourcing projects and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams
• Help gather and analyze market and competitor intelligence to support BlackRock’s hiring strategies
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent sourcing tools
• Be part of the Talent Sourcing team, working closely with recruiters to identify specific skill sets and target profiles, and headhunting candidates for Analyst, Associate, and VP-level roles

Elvárások:

• Final-year or penultimate-year student currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Munkaidő:

• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
