As an HR Operations Analyst, your tasks will: 

• Provide comprehensive recruitment support to a recruiter team.
• Prepare employment contracts for hires across the EMEA region.
• Assist with onboarding processes and facilitate internal employee transfers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Workday) and associated tracking tools, with a strong understanding of recruitment workflows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hires, ensuring all necessary activities are completed in a timely manner.

What you will need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree; prior experience in Human Resources is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Highly motivated with an energetic personality and a quick-learning mindset.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills, with the ability to quickly establish strong, effective, and trusted partnerships.
