Feladatok / Tasks

Work closely with various departments and teams,
Monitoring staff performance and attendance, -
Continuously review and improve company and HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements,

Plan and deliver training programs,

Support and follow up on onboarding for new hires ,

Prepare management reports,

Prepare employment contracts,

Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related questions.
