Du arbeitest eng mit Führungskräften, dem Management sowie internationalen HR-Teams zusammen und gestaltest aktiv HR-Prozesse und Standards mit.

Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen unter anderem:

Mitarbeit im Bereich Compensation & Benefits (Analysen, Auswertungen, Marktvergleiche, Systeme)
Betreuung des gesamten Employee Life Cycle (Ein- bis Austritte)
Unterstützung in der HR-Administration und Vertragsgestaltung
Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen
Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen HR-Schnittstellen
Unterstützung im Reporting und in HR-relevanten Analysen

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Uni/FH/HAK o.ä.)
Erste Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich von Vorteil (insb. C&B, HR Operations oder HR Admin)
Interesse an Compensation & Benefits sowie HR-Systemen
Sehr gute Excel- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
Strukturierte, genaue und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
