An established and growing mid-sized business is seeking a versatile HR professional to join their office in the heart of Budapest. This full-time opportunity is hosted directly at one of our valued client partners, offering a supportive team environment and a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate will handle a diverse range of administrative, tactical, and strategic human resource initiatives.

• Coordinate employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and legal compliance administration

• Plan and execute internal employee engagement events, team gatherings, and seasonal celebrations

• Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts and manage end-to-end candidate pipelines as hiring needs arise

• Support the upcoming implementation and migration to modern HR software solutions

• Collaborate directly with management and internal administrative staff on operational HR workflows

• Handle occasional travel to regional branch locations using shared company vehicles when necessary

Elvárások / Requirements

• A strong background spanning 3-5 years in broad HR generalist duties

• Solid grasp of fundamental Hungarian labor regulations and employment practices

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook and Excel

• Native Hungarian & practical English language skills suitable for fluent communication and situational testing

• Driver's license with comfortable driving skills for occasional regional visits

• Proactive personality with strong problem-solving abilities and a warm, open communication style

• Previous hands-on experience with HR software rollouts or digital tool integration is a strong advantage
