The Role: Group Accountant

This isn't a role for checklist-followers; we value agile thinkers who bring original ideas to the table and take personal ownership of the outcome.

Your Responsibilities

You’ll be the technical expert of the finance function, ensuring our group reporting is robust and compliant while helping navigate our M&A activity.
Support the preparation of group statutory accounts under IFRS and assist in managing the group audit.
Act as the go-to person for technical accounting, ensuring compliance with IFRS 3 (acquisitions), 16 (leases), 15 (revenue), 2 (share-based payments), and 9 (financial instruments).
Prepare and file UK subsidiary statutory accounts.
Project manage the preparation and filing of accounts for international entities, coordinating with third-party providers to ensure deadlines are met.
Assist with ad hoc projects, including M&A integration, financial modelling, and answering investor queries.
Continuously drive control and process improvements across the group.
