Our business partner is looking for new German speaking Order Management Representative colleagues. If you have experience in the field of Customer Care or Order Management and are interested in working in a fast paced environment and have excellent communication and problem solving skills then our offer is for you!
- Focusing on the transactional success for the order entry and it’s quality
- Managing orders for a specific region, via various ordering channels: electronic data interchange (EDI), Esker (optical character read tool), on-line (web orders), punchout, customer specific ordering platforms
- Contribute in identifying and implementing process improvements, enhance customer experience through accuracy and responsiveness, hit targets set for service level agreements, and minimize audit risk exposure
Elvárások / Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English AND German
- Strong customer services/order management experience within a fast paced, corporate environment
- Experience in a customer facing role or order processing
- Good MS Office skills
- Knowledge of SFDC and SAP desired
- Accurate and fast data entry skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organization skills
