Feladatok

  • Providing support via phone, email and chat for customers regarding shipment and delivery enquiries

  • Tracking parcels, investigating delivery issues

  • Coordinating with operational teams for the most optimal resolution

  • Managing customer cases, delivery amendments and records

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and professional service

Elvárások

  • Strong language skills in German (C1) and English (B2)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Customer-focused mindset

  • At least finished High School education

  • Willingness to work in two shifts (08:00-16:30; 11:30-20:00)
