German Speaking Junior Sales Order Management Administrator

  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of sales orders into the system, strictly adhering to customer SLAs and expectations
  • Work closely with internal departments, including Purchasing, to resolve complex or non-standard orders and address issues such as margin blocks, credit limits, or export restrictions
  • Review customer orders thoroughly to confirm all specifications, quantities, pricing agreements, and requirements are correct prior to processing
  • Manage returns, issue credits, and resolve order or invoice-related inquiries promptly and efficiently, aiming for a first-time-right approach
  • Stay up to date with system changes and new tools to continuously improve order management processes
  • Collaborate regularly with internaSelect appropriate delivery methods, configurations, and value-added services based on customer needs.l teams to gather and share information relevant to sales order processing

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations or a Customer Service environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • A service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive results and support customer success
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus
