German speaking Junior Asset Accounting Analyst Intern

Feladatok:

  • Ensure timely and accurate Fixed Asset Accounting for supported entities
  • Perform reconciliations between ledgers, statutory accounts, and corporate reporting
  • Provide timely responses to accounting queries and financial analysis requests
  • Perform reporting and control activities to ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in line with Group Reporting Manual and relevant standards
  • Support Group reporting requirements including Balance Sheet Integrity, Intercompany reconciliations, and Group Charges
  • Perform period-end close activities including transfer of assets under construction to fixed asset additions
  • Process depreciation with appropriate validation checks
  • Verify and process adjusting entries and capital expenditure transfers
  • Review inferior assets and prepare transfer posting documents
  • Support asset divestments with or without revenue based on business and country team requirements
  • Support asset inventory processes for relevant entities

Elvárások:

  • Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for one more year 
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Finance/Accounting or any related field - already completed your first year at university
  • Advanced English and intermediate German knowledge both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Good level of analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness
  • Customer- and service-oriented thinking
  • Readiness for action and ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication and cooperation

Munkaidő:

  • A great development opportunity until December 2026
  • Be able to invest at least 30-40 working hours per week according to agreed schedule
