German Speaking Expense Processing Specialist

• Review, validate, and process employee expense claims in line with company policies and approval frameworks
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, taxation requirements, and internal financial controls
• Perform accurate checks on receipts, currency conversions, account coding, and cost centre allocations
• Identify duplicate, incorrect, or non-compliant expense claims and take appropriate actions
• Meet agreed service levels while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality
• Support employees and approvers by providing guidance on expense policies and procedures
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Tax, Payroll, and Audit teams
• Monitor recurring issues and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to expense management systems and processes
• Contribute to maintaining a strong compliance and control environment

Elvárások / Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a finance-related role
• Fluent English and German or French language skills
• Experience in expense processing, Accounts Payable, or finance operations
• Strong analytical, organisational, and prioritisation skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience using finance systems
• Ability to handle high-volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
• Proactive and team-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

• SAP knowledge
• Previous experience in an SSC environment
• Understanding of VAT/GST and employee expense taxation
• Audit or compliance-related experience
• Experience with expense management systems
