German-speaking Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist, your main tasks are:

• Working closely with the Logistics and Sales department,
• Proceeding the orders to SAP system,
• Creating and monitoring the return deliveries,
• Maintaining contact with B2B clients in German,
• Making reports and performing ad hoc administrative tasks.

 You are the ideal candidate for the position if you have:

• Bachelor’s university or college degree,
• Good and effective communication skills,
• Excellent German and stable English language knowledge,
• User-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
• SAP skills (nice to have).
