German-speaking Customer Service Coach

Our partner is a multinational company located in Budapest is looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Coach for a team of 15-20 members.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare training materials and development plans
  • Deliver customer service trainings and coaching sessions
  • Provide regular feedback and support the professional development of colleagues
  • Identify gaps and needs, actively look for improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with team leader and manager to create a positive and safe environment for the team

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in customer service/service desk positions
  • Experience in training, coaching and developing people
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, can-do attitude
