French-speaking HR Specialist

Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for a French-speaking HR Specialist in Budapest with hybrid working setup.
Main responsibilities:

  • Act as the contact person for employees and managers in France
  • Manage HR processes and handle HR queries efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborate with local French HR colleagues to ensure smooth support
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations
  • Support the onboarding and daily work of junior colleagues


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in HR or business field
  • Fluency in French and English
  • 2-4 years' experience in HR environment
  • Strong familiarity with French labour law
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
