Feladatok / Tasks

  • Manage customer relationships and support customer success goals

  • Identify growth opportunities

  • Handle customer inquiries and administrative tasks

  • Collaborate with global teams

  • Providing accurate information on products and services, investigating potential problems, supporting resolution

  • Daily account management

  • Managing contract renewals and extensions

  • Working closely with the sales team

Requirements: 

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

  • Customer-centric mindset with empathy

  • Experience in customer contract management (for example: contract renewal, modification)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP/Salesforce experience is a plus

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Minimum high school diploma; BPO or customer service experience preferred
