French Speaking Catalogue Specialist

  • Oversee customer catalogue pricing, IT product updates, and End-of-Life transitions
  • Coordinate with customers and global IT suppliers to update catalogues and procure products
  • Ensure global pricing availability and escalate issues when necessary
  • Work with internal teams to refine catalogue content, pricing, and product presentation
  • Create stock inventory reporting templates and manage customer reporting requests
  • Assist with forecasting and identify potential stock shortages
  • Maintain regular communication with Partner Suppliers
  • Support Sales Order Management
  • Facilitate new customer onboarding and transition projects

Elvárások / Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in a similar role
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Customer relationship management
  • Fluent in English and French language
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with formatted catalogue file uploads
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail
  • Proactive, accountable team player
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to challenges
