Are you an experienced Cash Collection Specialist with fluent French looking to leave your mark on a brand-new Shared Service Center? Join us in Budapest as we transition Order to Cash processes from our European entities and build a modern, high-performing solution center together.

• Portfolio & Collection Management: Execute personalized follow-up strategies, negotiate payment schedules, and manage dunning processes using ELOFICASH and SAP.

• Dispute & Risk Mitigation: Identify non-payment risks, handle dispute management (corrections, cancellations, credit note issuance), and ensure recovery procedures are completed before any legal escalation.

• Transition & Documentation: Actively support process migration to Budapest by creating/updating DTPs and participating in process optimization projects.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Validate customer database accounts, work closely with Treasury and Sales teams, and build strong professional relationships with international clients.

Elvárások / Requirements

• Languages: Fluent French (written and spoken) and good English communication skills.

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a Cash Collector or Customer Service role (O2C end-to-end knowledge). Process optimization track record is a major plus.

• Education & Certifications: Degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience. Professional accountancy qualification is beneficial.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP FI and collection ERP tools (e.g., ELOFICASH), plus advanced MS Office skills.

• Mindset & Mobility: Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail, high quality orientation, and willingness to travel during the transition phase.
