Our market-leading partner in the development and production of polymer-based products, which offers innovative system solutions in many areas, is looking for a new colleague to join its team in Biatorbágy. This position acts as a specialized bridge between the company’s shipping locations and external carriers. The focus is on verifying that the services provided by freight forwarders match the agreed-upon rates and internal records, ensuring that the logistics costs are booked accurately.

      Invoice Verification: Checking shipping invoices from freight forwarders against internal shipping data to ensure accuracy before payment.

      Dispute Management: Clarifying and resolving any price or quantity differences between the carriers and the company’s various shipping hubs.

      Claims Handling: Processing credit note claims.

      Financial Record Keeping: Initiating and correcting bookings in the system.

      Data Accuracy: Adjusting statistics to ensure management reports on shipping volumes and costs remain reliable.

Elvárások / Requirements

      Education: High school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree (BA).

      Experience: Minimum of 1.5-2 years of professional experience in a commercial or purchasing environment.

      Background: Solid knowledge of purchasing processes, particularly contract management and data maintenance, or experience in commercial/office operations.

      Languages: High-level proficiency in German AND English.

      Software: Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP or TransFlow is a significant advantage.

      Conflict Resolution: Ability to adapt and reach agreements through flexibility and compromise when dealing with external partners.

      Proactive Approach: A mindset focused on knowledge sharing to drive operational efficiency across different organizational units.
