Description:

• Provide Level 1 IT support by resolving clients’ technical issues and acting as the first point of contact for customers
• Handle end-user requests through various channels, including phone, email, and web-based tools
• Accurately document and administer cases by logging interactions and updates in the ticketing system
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate Level 2 support teams
• Keep users informed throughout the support process and take ownership of ongoing cases until resolution
• Contribute to maintaining and improving customer satisfaction levels

Requirements:

• Advanced or native-level Finnish language skills and upper-intermediate English proficiency
• Previous experience in customer service; experience in IT Help Desk or technical customer support is an advantage (a 4-week foundation IT training program is provided as part of the onboarding process)
• A willingness to learn and a strong customer-focused mindset
