Financial Vendor Management Intern

Feladatok:

• Support the Sourcing and Vendor Management team in Budapest with data management and reporting activities
• Getting involved in various sourcing processes
• Provide support with document drafting and administrating
• Reporting with AP reporting team, getting an insight into data management processes
• Interact with vendors and assist with contract and document management
• Drafting statements under supervision
• Join internal meetings with Stakeholders and Senior Managers

Elvárások:

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or Economics
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
• Interest in the financial industry

Munkaidő:

• Availability to work 20-30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
