Our partner is looking for their newest colleague for a Financial Controller position at their modern manufacturing plant in the heart of the Mátra, where they offer an innovative and sustainable work environment.

Managing, preparing monthly and quarterly closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal financial standards
Preparing pre- and post-calculations to support decision-making and cost transparency
Contributing to the development of financial plans, forecasts, and analytical reports
Producing commercial and margin reports, providing clear insights for management
Conducting plan vs. actual cost analyses and identifying key variances
Overseeing and validating material movement transactions within the system
Monitoring production and sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Serving as a data analyst within the proAlpha ERP environment, ensuring data accuracy and supporting continuous process improvements

Elvárások / Requirements

2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial insights
Solid understanding of accounting principles
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
