Our client is a global organization known for innovation and teamwork. Their Budapest based service center continues to grow, creating opportunities to drive process standardization and digital transformation.
Be part of building our partner's growing team in Budapest, where Finance and HR activities for European businesses are harmonized for efficiency and agility. You will:
- Support the establishment and strategic development of a mid-scale SSC.
- Manage country-to-Budapest transitions, including preparation and stabilization.
- Implement cross-country standard Finance processes and drive digital transformation.
- Coordinate PMO tasks: track business cases, program status, and transition plans.
- Develop and deliver trainings and workshops, promoting best practices across countries.
- Collaborate closely with Finance colleagues across Europe and Africa.
Elvárások / Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years operational experience in finance business services (MDM/P2P/O2C/R2R).
- 2+ years managing international transition projects; certified in Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or similar.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and change management skills.
- Flexible, team-oriented, willing to travel within Europe.
- Professional fluency in English (German, French, or Spanish is a plus.)
