Are you ready to take ownership of treasury operations on a global scale? We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Finance Manager (Group Treasury) to lead and shape the future of our client's international treasury function. Based in Budapest and working directly with a global HQ, this is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing finance team in a truly international environment.

What You’ll Do

Own and manage all Group Treasury activities globally
Oversee cash operations, liquidity management, and cash pooling across regions
Be the go-to person for global banking relationships
Evaluate FX exposure, implement hedging strategies, and optimize investment options
Lead and deliver finance projects that drive innovation and efficiency
Maintain and improve the Treasury Management System (Kyriba)
Reconcile financial data between Oracle Netsuite and Kyriba
Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Collaborate across functions, supporting accounting and tax as needed

Elvárások / Requirements
What You Bring

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Bachelor's or Master’s)
5+ years of Treasury experience in an international corporate environment
Proven skills with Treasury Management Systems (ideally Kyriba)
Familiarity with ERP tools, especially Oracle Netsuite
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
A goal-oriented, hands-on approach with global teamwork experience
Excellent English communication skills
