Finance Manager

We are hiring a Finance Manager for our partner, who provides innovative software to logistics solutions and partner with leading international brands in food delivery across the globe. The Finance Manager takes full ownership on the finance function, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with cross-functional teams, investors, and advisors. 
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full scope of the finance organization, including accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, compliance, and financial reporting
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing finance team operating across multiple continents
• Establish and maintain a strong financial control framework for all international entities and operations
• Deliver accurate financial reporting and provide strategic, data-driven insights to senior leadership and investors
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and technology teams to develop business cases and support key strategic decisions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and liquidity management processes
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and oversee group-wide cash management across jurisdictions
• Ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations; act as the primary liaison for auditors and tax advisors
• Develop and refine transfer pricing strategies, intercompany agreements, and cost allocation methodologies
• Design and implement scalable finance systems, tools, and processes that support automation and operational efficiency

You are the successful candidate, if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in finance
• Solid understanding of IFRS; knowledge of Hungarian Accounting Standards 
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Hungarian
• Experience managing or supporting finance teams across multiple international entities is beneficial
• Demonstrated strength in financial modelling, business planning, and KPI development and oversight
• Experience with tools such as Xero, Ramp, Runway, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
