Feladat:

The purpose of the position is to support the SCM Operational Procurement team in daily activities.
The team is supporting different EMEA Eaton locations with purchasing activities (purchase order creation direct/indirect materials and services, purchase order follow up activities, purchasing data maintenance, clearing of blocked invoices from Eaton internal/external suppliers).

Your Key Deliverables:

• Entering incoming order confirmations from Eaton suppliers to ERP system (SAP)
• Create manual purchase orders
• Maintain info records (price, material data ) in SAP
• Support in clearing blocked invoices from Eaton suppliers
• Manage incoming emails from common mailbox
• Support team in daily activities
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks requested by Team Leader and senior team members

Feltétel:

• Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and in German (B2)
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions
• Experienced user of MS office
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong attention to details
• Working 5 days a week is preferred, 4 days at minimum as this position is a support in daily activities.
• EATON is thinking of a long-term collaboration with a possibility to hire the intern as a full-time employee in the future, therefore we would like to find a person who would like to work at a multinational company, generally interested in supply chain and eager to learn.
