Field Service Engineer

Our fast-growing partnercompany is seeking a talented, solutions-oriented and collaborative Field Service Engineer to install and maintain solutions designed to assist our customers achieve benefits in their Supply Chain and Retail operations using RFID and other sensors.

This position requires business travels in Europe and onsite work in Debrecen, also!

Feladatok

• Meet with customers to discuss their solution needs and site requirements

• Map out the installation location/area and assess equipment requirements.

• Install equipment and cabling in factories and Dc's/warehouses

• Troubleshoot system and network issues

• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues with offered solutions

• Install and setup equipment, including computers, network devices, barcode scanners, tunnels, portals, tabletops, overheads, and other read zones

• Provide basic operating instructions

• Maintain toolkits and spares parts inventory

• Provide timely and accurate status updates to customers and internal stakeholders

Elvárások

• BSc.Engineering/BTech. in Mechanical/Electrical/IPE or related subjects. High school diploma or GED (as required in regions)

• 1-5 years' experience in a technical field

• Good technical understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, including a strong understanding of IP networking technologies

• Work experience in external hardware and software support

• Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for creative problem-solving

• Previous work experience as an installer of advanced systems and networks

• Willingness to travel to the installation places
