FF Effectiveness Lead CEES region

  • Develop and maintain performance tracking tools and dashboards to support commercial decision-making
  • Analyze sales trends, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with regional managers to define KPIs and assess field force productivity
  • Manage CRM systems (Salesforce) and ensure data accuracy, user support, and process optimization
  • Support sales planning, forecasting, and territory alignment through data-driven insights
  • Coordinate with IT and analytics teams to ensure data integrity and reporting efficiency
  • Prepare monthly business reviews and ad hoc reports for senior stakeholders
  • Monitor end-user sales, inventory levels, and wholesaler performance

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM management, sales analytics, or business intelligence
  • Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of commercial operations
  • Fluent in
    English and Hungarian; additional regional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Salesforce, and data visualization tools (e.g., Azure, Power BI)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format
