- Develop and maintain performance tracking tools and dashboards to support commercial decision-making
- Analyze sales trends, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with regional managers to define KPIs and assess field force productivity
- Manage CRM systems (Salesforce) and ensure data accuracy, user support, and process optimization
- Support sales planning, forecasting, and territory alignment through data-driven insights
- Coordinate with IT and analytics teams to ensure data integrity and reporting efficiency
- Prepare monthly business reviews and ad hoc reports for senior stakeholders
- Monitor end-user sales, inventory levels, and wholesaler performance
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM management, sales analytics, or business intelligence
- Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of commercial operations
- Fluent in
English and Hungarian; additional regional languages are a plus - Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Salesforce, and data visualization tools (e.g., Azure, Power BI)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format
