Your new role
As an executive assistant, you will support the daily work of the Managing Director.
- You will prepare presentations and reports.
- You will organise and administer management meetings.
- You will handle general administrative tasks.
- You will prepare and coordinate employee briefings.
- You will manage contract administration processes and document archiving.
- You will process and record incoming invoices assigned to you.
- You will maintain executive time tracking records.
- You will fully organise business trips for the management team.
- You will manage the company car fleet.
- You will assist in organising corporate events.
- You will welcome guests visiting the management team and ensure proper hospitality.
- You will manage hospitality-related supplies and infrastructure.
- You will handle incoming phone calls and forward messages.
- You will prepare and review English-Hungarian and Hungarian-English translations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Have a secondary or higher education degree.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Speak and write English fluently, at a business level.
- Are confident in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Hold a category B driving licence and have driving experience.
