Our partner is a market‑leading IT service provider specializing in digital solutions, developing modern, secure, and efficient business applications for large enterprises.
They are now looking to expand their team with an ELO Expert!
Responsibilities where they count on youAssessment & Analysis

• Assessing client processes, conducting interviews
• Finalizing and documenting client requirements
• Identifying business problems and developing solution proposals
• Designing modules and licenses
• Managing change requests, preparing solution plans

Documentation

• Creating analysis documents and specifications (functional specification, logical system design, etc.)
• Documenting customized solutions
• Keeping documentation up to date

Implementation

• System installation
• Parameterization and configuration
• Setting up permissions, forms, and workflows
• Implementing change requests

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Writing and executing test cases
• Supporting client‑side testing
• Supporting operations colleagues with in‑depth error analysis

Sales Support

• Participating in client demonstrations

We are looking for you if you have…

• At least 2 years of experience in the implementation, operation, or development of the ELO document management system
• A systematic and structured way of thinking
• Strong business process documentation skills
• Confident intermediate English skills

It is a plus if you also have:

• JavaScript or Java development experience
• Knowledge of Oracle / MS SQL / PostgreSQL
• A higher education degree in IT
