Project engineer in the field of Power Industry
Framatome is seeking a Project engineer for our subsidiary Framatome Kft. in Budapest, Hungary.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Deep understanding of the project's technical requirements
- Preparation and coordination of supplier specifications
- Preparation of project documentation, project plans
- Coordination of supplier performance
- Identification of technical risks and contributing to the elaboration of mitigation actions
- Verification and inspection of project documentation and products according to the requirements
- Being the technical contact person for the customer and subcontractors
- Developing technical solutions, obtaining necessary information
- Harmonising technical solutions within the project team and suppliers
- Conducting, documenting technical meetings, monitoring the fulfilment of decisions
- Contribution to the planning of internal, FAT and SAT tests of subsystems
- Taking part in tests and execution of on-site commissioning
- Reporting to the package managers and project managers
All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity:
- Bachelor or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education
- Plus a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
The following may be used to differentiate candidates who apply for this position:
- Experience in the implementation of investments in power plant systems
- Instrumentation and control or process automation background
- Confident written and verbal skills in English technical language
- Ability to change priorities quickly, to deal with low defined goals, to work in an agile team
- Self-driven, motivated to perform, results-oriented, focused on bringing solutions.
- Category B driving licence
Languages:
- Magyar: Native or fluent (mandatory)
- English: fluent (mandatory)
- German: would be a plus
