- Implement Company EHS policy
- Develop, publish and train work safety and environmental protection regulations (legal requirements + Corporate requirements) ; continuously revise them as changes in the factory (layouts, commissioning and ongoing modification of equipment, alteration of work scopes etc.) take place; monitor compliance, taking legal requirements into account, develop related emergency plans;
- Issue fire safety regulations, train them as changes in the factory take place, continuously revise them, monitor compliance , taking legal requirements into account, develop related emergency plans
- Improve company Health and Safety Indicators defined by Company Group, based on a yearly plan, improve the classification and evaluation of company, cooperate and constantly communicate with the work safety experts of Company Group; submit company reports on time;
- Investigate workplace accidents, develop action plans to avoid accidents, track actions and ensure compliance;
- Lead the risk assessments and revise it at least once a year + when an important change occurred + in case of work accident.
- Prepare the documentation or communication with external work safety, fire safety and environmental protection experts, coordinate, oversee and validate tasks;
- Carry out about the management of the external companies
- Animate the ISO 14001 system;
- Carry out of the waste sorting inside the plant
- Carry out other tasks given by the Line Manager and the Executive Director, unless these violate personal rights;
- Carry out tasks outside the scope of work when necessary, unless these violate personal rights;
- Regulates operative countermeasures in case of emergencies or accidents;
- Knows, disseminates and enforces standard EHS practices. Leads by example in following standards;
- As the EMS leader, responsible for complying with the principles and requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 standard. In addition, ensure that the operation of the environmental management system meets the company’s strategic aims.
- As the EMS leader, responsible for complying with the principles and requirements of the ISO 45001:2018 standard. In addition, ensure that the operation of the HS management system meets the company’s strategic aims.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance to work safety, fire safety and environmental protection regulations and oversee their compliance with legislation in force;
- Complete legally required reports on time and submit it to the EHS manager;
Competence:
- Initiate countermeasures in case work safety, fire safety and environmental protection regulations are not followed;
- Create legally required records;

Requirements
- Specialized engineering degree (EHS engineer / Occupational safety engineer)
- 2 -3 years of experience in the field of environmental and/or EHS and fire prevention
- Health, Safety and Environmental management Standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001); Energy Management Standard (ISO 50001)
- Hungarian Health and Safety, Environmental protection Regulations
- Basic knowledge of NFPA Protection Standards or any other local Fire Protections standards
- Standard PC skills, experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
- Knowledge of English – communication level, Hungarian – mother tongue
