This role, within the global Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) team, is responsible for the overall success and evolution of a specific part of the company's eCommerce solution portfolio.

The Solution Owner acts as the product expert, driving innovation and development to ensure the solution remains market-leading, legally compliant, and satisfies customer needs for doing business with the company.

• Gather market feedback and define the strategic roadmap for your eCommerce solution.
• Act as the liaison, turning business needs into clear IS development requirements.
• Serve as the main business contact and coordinator for all related implementation projects.
• Align internal teams on necessary process and system adaptations.
• Develop and maintain essential training materials, manuals, and FAQs.
• Coordinate deployment, including testing, and manage the backlog of bugs/improvements.
• Lead workshops and presentations to demonstrate the solution's business value to customers.

Elvárások / Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in an eCommerce or similar product role, coupled with strong industry knowledge and business acumen.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal), professional presentation skills, and the ability to communicate clearly across all levels.
• Proven experience in leading and managing virtual teams and driving remote collaboration effectively.
• Strategic & Results-Driven: Possesses strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, ensuring high motivation and task follow-through to deliver tangible results.
• Enjoys working in a team environment, thinking collaboratively, and supporting a diverse, cross-functional setting.

Strong Advantage:
University or technical college degree (Master's level) in a relevant field.

Prior Project Management experience and/or fluency in German or French.
