Our partner, a leading multinational IT service enterprise and one of Hungary’s largest, most established international service centers, is currently looking for a Dutch Speaking IT Service Desk Analyst (Level 1). • Act as the primary point of contact for international clients requiring assistance with corporate IT systems and services.

• Provide remote technical troubleshooting and handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.

• Diagnose issues related to software applications, hardware, and general network connectivity to ensure quick and effective solutions.

• Take full ownership of incoming client requests, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions to maintain high satisfaction.

• Collaborate with higher-level support teams when complex technical escalation is required.

Elvárások / Requirements

• Completed secondary education (a university degree is an advantage).

• Fluent French and a good command of English.

• Valid legal right to work in Hungary.

• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week in rotating shifts.

• Previous experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or Customer Support role is an advantage.

• Basic troubleshooting skills in Windows environments, Office 365, and general networking concepts.
