We, the BMW Group, offer you an exciting and varied internship in the area of HR — Planning & Steering. In our department, we plan, coordinate cooperation with various HR functions (e.g. recruiting, training) and manage the site-specific implementation of HR concepts and processes for our new plant in Debrecen, Hungary.

What can you expect?
•Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes, templates, and governance standards; document changes and rationale.
•Provide support to the team by handling daily ad hoc tasks and requests.
•Create and maintain documentation repositories for HR programs and ensure information is up-to-date and accessible.
•You will also support our team in preparing and following up committees (preparation of presentation documents, preparation, and dispatch of meeting minutes).
•Updating and adding content on the Intranet and Confluence Support.
•You will work with a motivated, international team in an exciting project environment.
•You will have the opportunity to gain unique and cross-departmental insights into the structure and working methods of the BMW Group in all its facets.

What are you bringing with you?
• Ongoing studies in economics, preferably with a focus on human resources or a comparable course of study.
• First practical experience is an advantage.
• Process management, consulting or change management desirable.
• Profound knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Fluency in English, German could be advantage.
• Analytical thinking skills with a high level of personal initiative.
