Indirect Procurement Intern at TAKKT – Join Our Transformation Journey

As we grow dynamically, we’re looking for a passionate Indirect Procurement Intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our spend visibility and compliance development initiatives within the organization.

What You'll Do
Contract & Tool Administration
•Clean up Legisway contract repository data (e.g. verify whether termination / notice periods in the system match the signed contracts)
•Upload new contracts, amendments, and extensions in Legisway
•Maintain simple overviews of contracts approaching expiry or renewal
Data & Coordination Support
•Prepare and maintain basic contract and supplier lists (e.g. supplier name, contract term, renewal date)
•Follow up with internal stakeholders on missing information or documents
•Support preparation of procurement-related documentation and templates
Documentation & Communication
•Support meeting preparation, minutes, and action tracking if required
•Prepare PowerPoint presentations as directed by line manager / Procurement VP as necessary

What You Bring
•Ongoing university studies
•Excellent English skills written and oral
•Good communication skills and organizational abilities
•Proactive and confident personality
•Proficiency in MS Office applications (excel, ppt, etc.)

•Previous work experience
