Our client is a prestigious IT services, consulting and business solutions organization that has been partnering with many of the world’s largest businesses in their transformation journeys. We are looking for a DevOps Tech Lead to join their IT Services Unit implementing the best in class solutions to enable strong digital foundations for their customers worldwide.

Guide and develop the DevOps engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Architect, develop, and sustain robust CI/CD workflows leveraging Jenkins for streamlined automation of software delivery, from build to deployment.
Drive the implementation and hands-on management of infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, and CloudFormation.
Establish and uphold rigorous configuration management practices using Ansible to guarantee environment consistency and operational resilience.
Supervise and optimize cloud infrastructure within AWS, focusing on maximizing performance, bolstering security, and managing costs effectively.
Implement and fine-tune comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems with Datadog and Slack to enable proactive issue detection and resolution.
Govern source code repositories in Bitbucket, enforcing best practices for version control and collaborative development.
Oversee and technically guide build processes utilizing Maven, ensuring efficient and precise application compilation.
Administer binary repository solutions like Nexus for effective management of software dependencies and artifacts.
Lead and technically champion release management activities, applying Agile principles to ensure the timely and successful deployment of software increments.

Elvárások / Requirements

6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related roles with a proven track record of managing complex systems and projects
Expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins with strong, hands-on involvement
Proficiency in Terraform, Terragrunt, and CloudFormation with extensive, practical experience
Extensive experience with Ansible, demonstrating strong technical skills.
Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services and best practices for cloud infrastructure management with hands-on expertise
Kubernetes & Docker experience
