Our partner is one of the largest global players in the energy industry and is looking for a Design Engineer for their manufacturing plant in Csepel.

Your tasks will be: 

• Mechanical design creation of medium and/or large power liquid immersed transformer products according to customer requirements and internal production technology criteria.
• Mechanical design of tanks and active parts for shopfloor documentation.
• Creation of technical drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and technical datasheets.
• Compliance with technical standards, publications, and industry regulations.
• Root cause and error analysis. 
• Cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Production, Procurement, Quality, Sales, and Order Administration departments.
• Participate in technical meetings and support the development of international design rules and R&D efforts as needed. 

Elvárások / Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer degree, with experience of five or more years as a mechanical/electrical design engineer in the medium and/or large power liquid-immersed transformer industry.
• Minimum of five years of experience in medium and/or large power liquid immersed transformer mechanical design, including winding assembly and MV and LV connections elements. 
• Ability to understand mechanical simulations and familiarity with International and other e.g. American and Canadian standards for transformers and their components.
• Confident English and/or German knowledge.
• Confident knowledge of standard office software (MS Office) and 3D (f.e: CREO) knowledge.
• Proactive individual with strong communication skills, showing curiosity about teamwork and experience collaborating with global teams and manufacturing partners.
• Ansys simulation program knowledge is an advantage.
