A Czech speaking L2 Service Desk Agent position is open at our partner, who is a leader in providing IT solutions.
 Main Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support to customers
  • Manage high priority incidents and escalate unsolved cases
  • Perform incident trend analysis
  • Record cases in databases
  • Communicate and coordinate with other teams

Requirements:

  • Communicational English and Czech language knowledge
  • Experience in IT Support
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Proactive, hard – working personality
